The Government ICT Ticketing System (GITS) is your central platform for submitting IT-related support requests. This system is managed by the Digital Infrastructure & Operations Unit under the Digital Transformation Office to ensure timely and organized support across all ministries and agencies.

What is this system for?

Please use this system to request support for:

  • Hardware issues (e.g., computer, printer, or network problems)
  • Software Issues (Software License Expired)
  • Password resets or account access
  • Connectivity issues
  • Other - General ICT Enquiries

Note: This system is strictly for ICT-related support. Non-ICT requests will be rejected.

Who can use this system?

Only users with a valid official government email address (@xxxx.gov.ki) can submit tickets. Requests from unofficial emails will be rejected automatically.

How are tickets handled?

Tickets are reviewed and prioritized based on:

  • Urgency (e.g., system-wide outage vs. individual request)
  • Type of issue
  • Impact on operations
